Shipping - Returns - Cancellations
THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER! We trust that you will be happy with the products you have purchased from us. If, however, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return the product for a refund per the requirements of this policy.


West Coast Sunless (“WCS”) prepares orders for shipping on Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. We ship orders on the day they are placed if received by 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday( or Tuesday if the following Monday is a holiday. Orders must be shipped to the billing address on your credit card. Alternate delivery locations may require additional time to verify the address.

Orders of $99 or more that qualify for our Free Shipping program will be SHIPPED FREE to locations in the continental U.S.A. except for Alaska and Hawaii. Expedited or customized shipping may be arranged at additional cost by contacting us as directed in the shipping instructions.
We use carriers who provide NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Occasionally, inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances may delay the delivery. WCS will work with the carrier to resolve this inconvenience as quickly as possible, but will not be liable for any damages due to delays outside our control.


WCS customers may cancel regular orders up until the time that the order has shipped. Once the order has shipped, the customer may refer to the Return Policy below.
CUSTOM EQUIPMENT OR SPECIAL ORDERS are not eligible for cancellation once they have been processed.


WCS wants you to be delighted with the products you purchase from us. Occasionally, something about your order may not meet your expectations. We want to resolve that as quickly and easily as possible. Please follow these guidelines to assist you in doing so.

Return Authorization: 
All returns must be authorized, in advance, by WCS. A “Return Authorization Code” may be obtained by contacting us at if the item(s) to be returned meet the requirements of this policy.

Return Request: 
A request to return a product for refund, exchange or store credit must be made within 15 days after its shipping date. The request must be postmarked by that date if made by mail or received electronically if made through our website. Requests made after the 15-day period may be considered on a case-by-case basis for situations beyond the customer’s control.

Warranty returns must be made within the time period specified by the manufacturer and will be processed as directed by the manufacturer. WCS assumes no responsibility or liability for warranty terms specified by the manufacturer but will assist the customer in working with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.

The request must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or the order number issued by WCS at the time of sale.

Product Condition: 
The product must be returned in the original, unopened container in which it was shipped. Items not sealed in a container must be unused and free of damage, wear or alteration of any type. ( Defective items being returned under warranty after use are exempt from this requirement.) The product must be a standard item found in our inventory or available as a standard item from our suppliers. Some exceptions apply and are noted below.  

CLEARANCE ITEMS sold at a discounted price are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect when received.

CUSTOM EQUIPMENT OR SPECIAL ORDERS may not be returned unless defective or incorrect when received.

Restocking Charge:
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on returned items unless items are being returned for exchange due to damage. 

Shipping Costs: 
Items that are damaged or incorrect when received may be returned using the pre-paid shipping label that will be provided by WCS. Shipping costs for items being returned under warranty terms must be paid as directed by the manufacturer. Please contact our representative to discuss any other circumstances.

Refunds, Exchanges and Store Credits: A refund, exchange or store credit will be issued within 5 workdays following receipt of the returned item to WCS if returned in accordance with the requirements of this policy. 

Warranty refunds and exchanges will be handled by the manufacturer according to their terms.
